Earbuds/Headphones: The use of earbuds or headphones is strictly prohibited during Pilates classes and sessions. Engaging in the class without auditory distractions enhances your mindfulness, focus and safety. Attire: To ensure a safe, comfortable, and effective Pilates experience, please adhere to the following attire guidelines:
- Form-Fitting Clothing: Wear form-fitting clothing that allows for full range of motion and enables instructors to observe your alignment and posture. Avoid loose or baggy garments.
- Footwear:
- Grippy Socks: We recommend wearing grippy socks to provide traction and prevent slipping.
- No Socks: You may choose to practice barefoot if preferred.
- Socks without grips on the bottom are highly discouraged.
- Jewelry: Refrain from wearing jewelry that can get caught in the apparatus. This includes but is not limited to necklaces, bracelets, large rings, and dangling earrings.
Waitlist Policy: All classes have a six person waitlist available for any classes that are full. You will get notified via text or email (depending on your account settings) if you get off the waitlist and into the class. The waitlist locks six hours before class starts. Please note that you may get off the waitlist overnight. Please be prepared to come to a class or take yourself off the waitlist. If you get off the waitlist and you don’t attend class you will be charged per our late cancel policy.
You are able to add yourself to multiple waitlists on the same day. If you get into a class, we ask that you take yourself off the other waitlists. If you get into multiple classes and don’t cancel prior to six hours before the class starts then you will be charged for the classes that you don’t attend.
