FAQs
Below are the questions we hear most often. If you have a question that is not answered below please contact us.
Getting Started
I’m new to Pilates, how do I get started?
Congratulations on starting your journey! We recommend beginning with a one-on-one consultation session so we can assess your needs, introduce the equipment, and guide you toward the best classes or sessions for you. Contact us to schedule your consultation.
I’ve never done Pilates, can I join group classes?
Yes, if you have general fitness experience and no injuries, you can jump into group classes. However, we recommend starting with a private session to learn the equipment and class structure. If you have injuries or limitations, a private session is strongly encouraged.
Do you offer beginner classes?
Our classes are all-levels, and instructors provide modifications as needed. For a slower-paced experience, we recommend Pilates Fundamentals or Release + Restore classes.
Can I do Pilates?
Of course! One of the best things about Pilates is that it truly is appropriate for everyone. Men, women, young, old, healthy, or rehabbing an injury: Pilates has benefits for every body. And yes you can do Pilates even if you aren’t flexible! Pilates will help you increase your flexibility, no matter what your starting point is.
