March is officially around the corner, and you know what that means! No, we aren’t talking about the long-awaited arrival of springtime in Buffalo (though we’re certainly excited about that, too). At I•D Pilates, we’re gearing up for our highly anticipated annual March Matness Challenge!

What is March Matness?

March Matness is a month-long Pilates challenge featuring daily mat workouts. The exercises follow the classical Pilates mat sequence, as originally designed by Joe Pilates himself.

How does it work?

The challenge takes place entirely online, at your own pace and in your own space. You’ll get access to all 31 workouts through our online platform, IDPilates.Online.

Which brings us to the best news: We are offering FREE online access to ALL of the workouts, ALL March long!

A preview of 16 out of 31 total thumbnails for the March Matness exercise videos, each showing a Pilates instructor completing a particular classical Pilates exercise. Each thumbnail is accompanied by the video's title, which includes which day of the challenge it is for, as well as the name of the featured classical Pilates exercise.

IDPilates.Online’s 31 days of FREE workouts

Who is March Matness for?

This challenge is perfect for anyone who:

  • Wants to deepen their classical Pilates knowledge and practice
  • Has been curious about sampling our online subscription service
  • Is looking for a simple way to incorporate 20-30 minutes of at-home Pilates exercise into their day
  • Loves a good Pilates challenge!

How much Pilates experience is needed?

March Matness is suitable for all levels. Each day’s video focuses on one featured exercise from the classical sequence, and provides in-depth building blocks to develop the skills, strength, and mobility to confidently execute it.

So… who am I competing against?

Ultimately, the only person you are ever “competing” against is yourself yesterday. But, in the spirit of community, we encourage you to share your progress! Post your daily workout to Instagram with the hashtag #IDPilatesMarchMatness and tag @i.dpilates to connect with others embarking on the challenge.

Sounds great! Where do I sign up?!
