With no more than 6 people in each class, you can expect to receive personalized attention that ensures you are doing the exercises with proper form and alignment.
Our Reformer Classes take place on the Pilates Reformer and provide a balanced full body workout that will leave you feeling aligned, strong, and more mobile. Reformer classes are all mixed level, with our expert instructors providing guidance and modifications as needed. If you are new to Pilates and seeking a class designed for beginners, our Pilates Fundamentals classes are perfect to get you started!
Want a more high intensity workout? Try our Jumpboard Classes (some Reformer experience required) that combine Pilates Reformer exercises with low impact jumping to get your heart rate up or our Advanced Reformer and Advanced Reformer + TRX Classes which combines classical and contemporary Pilates exercises that challenge your balance, strength, and endurance! If you prefer something more restorative, try a Release + Restore Class, which combines myofascial release, stretches, and restorative Pilates exercises for a relaxing practice designed to relieve tension and improve alignment.
All I•D Pilates classes are based in the Pilates repertoire while also incorporating stretches and corrective exercises to restore alignment, improve posture, and build balanced strength and mobility throughout the body.
