I•D Pilates, formerly Long + Lean Pilates, specializes in individually driven private + small group Pilates sessions. Classes with I•D Pilates are different from any class you’ve taken in the gym. Whether you’re in a small group Reformer class or a private session, your teacher will assess your alignment, musculature, and goals to ensure your workouts are safe and address your individual needs. I•D Pilates sessions incorporate classical + contemporary Pilates exercises, myofascial release, breath work, and restorative movements to improve alignment, and create balanced strength and mobility throughout the body.
Personalized Attention
I•D Pilates offers a variety of ways for you to get your body moving well and feeling amazing. Join us for personalized attention in a fun group setting in our small group Reformer Classes! With no more than five people in each class, our instructors are able to provide modifications and feedback to each person s to ensure you get the most from your time at the studio. Looking for even more personalization? Try a private session completely customized to fit your individual needs and goals. Your private Pilates practice at IDP will progress with you as you become stronger and gain flexibility.
