I•D Pilates is known for developing highly skilled instructors who create fun, dynamic workouts that build strong, flexible, pain-free bodies. Our teacher training program blends a Classical Pilates foundation with a contemporary approach to biomechanics, giving you the tools to teach effective, well-rounded classes.

Through this training, you’ll learn how to improve posture and alignment, increase mobility, build strength, and support overall mind-body health—while confidently working with a variety of clients and needs.

Please note that all trainees are required to fulfill self-practice, observation, and practice teaching hours as well as a practical and written exam before becoming certified by ID Pilates. Taking the training modules does not guarantee certification. No refunds will be granted for completed trainings. Teacher training deposits can be transferred to another training but not refunded.
