Master the Full Pilates System with Confidence and Clarity
Become a fully equipped Pilates instructor through our Comprehensive Certification program. This training covers Mat, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Trapeze Table (Cadillac), and Barrels, providing a deep understanding of classical and contemporary exercises, programming, and client-specific modifications. This program prepares you to confidently teach across all major apparatus and work with a wide range of clients.
Training begins with Mat 1, which serves as the foundation for the program. While Mat 2 is recommended next, all subsequent modules can be completed in any order, allowing you to progress in a way that fits your schedule and goals

1 session or class at IDP*
