Description
Our basic prop bundle gets you set up for our online classes with a half dome, Pilates ball, and resistance band. Use your half dome for calf and hamstring stretches and to improve balance, the Pilates ball to add variety and challenge to your favorite Pilates exercises, and the resistance band to add resistance to your workouts and even recreate classic Reformer exercises. You have the option to choose either a medium or firm density half dome.
