This prop bundle includes a Pilates Ring, Pilates ball and a half dome. The half dome is a fan favorite at I·D Pilates and is primarily used for calf stretches, but can also challenge your balance and stability. The Pilates ball is used to work your core, test pelvic stability, and work your inner thigh and deep core connection. The Pilates Ring is an original, designed by Joe himself, piece of Pilates equipment often referred to as the “Ring of Fire” for the amazing burn it provides! This is a great addition if you are interested in progressing your Pilates exercises.
