Stronger Feet, Better Movement: A Workshop to Rebuild Your Foundation
Your feet do a lot more than carry you from point A to point B; they are truly your body’s foundation. Every step, squat, and stride begins at ground level and when your feet aren’t functioning well, it can throw off your entire body—from your knees and hips to your posture and balance.
The great news is, you can train your feet to support you better and unlock better alignment, balance, posture, and ease of movement.
In our upcoming interactive Foot Rx Workshop with physical therapist and foot specialist, Christina Summerville , you’ll learn how to reconnect with your feet, reduce pain, and build strength from the ground up. This isn’t about orthotics or gimmicks—it’s about practical, science-based movement strategies that empower you to move with greater confidence and ease.
What You’ll Learn
During the workshop, you’ll explore simple, effective techniques to:
- Reduce foot and ankle pain through functional, everyday movements
- Activate under-used muscles with targeted exercises and foot wedges
- Improve balance, posture, and mobility by strengthening your base
Whether you’ve been dealing with chronic discomfort, flat arches, stiff ankles—or you just want to improve your movement and performance—this workshop will give you tools you can use right away.
Take the Tools Home With You
Your registration includes a et of foot wedges designed to help you continue your practice long after the workshop ends. These simple tools are powerful for reawakening stability muscles and retraining your alignment with just a few minutes a day.
