New Year, New Routine: A Beginner Pilates Series in Clarence

A new year can be a fresh start, offering a chance to make time for yourself, try something new, and build habits that help you feel good. If Pilates has been on your list but you haven’t known where to begin, our four-week Beginner Pilates Series is a welcoming place to start.

Beginning January 5, 2027, join us at our Clarence studio on Tuesdays at 5:30 PM to learn the fundamentals of Pilates in a small, supportive setting.

Start with the basics

Trying a new workout can feel intimidating, especially when unfamiliar equipment is involved. This series gives you time to get comfortable with the Reformer, learn foundational exercises, and build confidence with guidance from your instructor.

Throughout the four weeks, you’ll explore how breath, alignment, and controlled movement work together in Pilates. Each class builds on what you’ve learned, helping you develop a foundation you can carry into future group classes.

You don’t need previous Pilates experience or a certain level of fitness to begin. Come ready to learn, ask questions, and move at a pace that works for you.

A small group with room to learn

With just five participants, the series offers individual attention and the opportunity to become familiar with both your instructor and your classmates.

Rather than figuring everything out in one visit, you’ll have four weeks to practice, notice your progress, and settle into a weekly routine.

Make your goal something you can build on

New Year’s goals don’t have to mean a complete overhaul. Sometimes, setting aside 50 minutes each week is a meaningful first step.

Whether you’d like to feel stronger, move more comfortably, or simply make more time for yourself, this series offers a structured way to get started.
