Ten years ago, ID Pilates began with a simple idea: create a space where people feel supported, seen, and empowered through thoughtful, intelligent movement. What started as something small has grown into a vibrant community, and in July of 2025, we were incredibly proud to celebrate 10 years of ID Pilates.
